Toyota Disqualified From Qualification
Timo Glock, Toyota

The Toyota team has been disqualified from the qualification results according to the latest messages. Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli did an amazing job qualifying on the sixth and eight position. The reason for this is the car's rear wing, which is to flexible.

"The Stewards have received a report from the Technical Delegate that the upper wing elements of cars number 9 and 10 are showing extreme flexibility in contravention of Article 3.15 of the 2009 Formula One Technical Regulations" a statement from governing body the FIA read.

While Hamilton also had a gearbox change he is also set back on the grid. Although because a disqualification results in a stronger penalty both Toyota's will start from place 19th and 20th. Lewis Hamilton will start from the 18th position.
